Not many breakfast options, yogurt machine was broken, juice machine was broken and out of hot chocolate.

Not enough bath towels in the room and the conditioner was empty in the shower. No waffle machine for breakfast.

I like to wake up and have my coffee in my pj's and my own peace and quiet. I also like to have a microwave in the room to reheat my own food in my own peace and quiet.
