Washroom was too bad with respect to cleanliness. Toilet tank was just placed with some lid keeping some part of it open. Towels provided were not clean.

They made us wait over an hour to check us in. They made up lies that the never recieved my booked confirmation that was already paid before i arrived at property when it was in their computer the whole time. Only because ibused my key cash rewards
