Holiday Inn Express Wixom by IHG

It was worth it I enjoyed my stay there, the staff were awesome! overall a great experience and would come back again! :)

The air conditioner wouldn't adjust to the temperature of my liking but it was simple to just turn it off or on by pushing buttons on the side plug so I didn't mind.

Would 100% recommend

Clean & quiet! The hot tub & heated pool were delightful.

I love this place. The people and hospitality are excellent. Notable mentions: Elham, master chef, goes above and beyond expectations, making sure everyone is totally satisfied with their breakfast for a good start to the day. She keeps track of what people like and tries to make their favorites (bacon, for example). It is always a pleasure having her greet you first thing in the morning. Steve, manager at front desk, acts like your best friend and will always do whatever to make trip the best it can be. Phyllis, hotel manager, also tries to handle special requests and provides extras whenever possible. There are also many others... (Elda, Shawn, etc...) that are just as good. It is people such as these that make this an excellent location... I have stayed many times earning points (and Diamond Elite member status) that I can redeem for free hotel stays at many member locations of IHG hotel system. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Due to a recent accident I have been wheelchair bound and staying at the hotel for 2 weeks.. The breakfast staff have been phenomenally helpfull (Elham and deborah)Thank you both! The staff. At the lobby have been fantastic and even went out of their way to help me repair my broken glasses. If you are traveling in this area, I strongly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.
