"Checked in on 12/26 at 11am room 216 broken toilet so it wasn’t ready till 130pm lost hours of stay"

Service was quick

After I book my room 216 I lost 2 and 1/2 hour due to broken toilet went to get another room front said said there’s none wasted my money paid for a full day and lost 2 and a 1/2 hour because of the broken toilet I tried to accommodate but with the attitude after I reported the restroom not working I didn’t want to deal. With customer service checked in at 11 am. didn’t get in my room till 130 pm they should of accommodated me but instead still had to check out at 11am this was yesterday 12/26 checked in at 11:00am had a broken toilet so my room wasn’t ready till 130pm manager pls accommodate this lost hours of what I paid the front desk said that’s all they had and I guess I had no choice but when I walked the hallways there were more than one available I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a different room
