"Excellent Customer Service!"

Excellent and attentive customer service! Bill especially went out of his way to help and assist loading and unloading our bags. The Dakota rooms are very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail hour and breakfast included with our stay. If you’re traveling through Port Moresby, I highly recommend staying at Airways.

"Exceptional Birthday cake - Pastry Chef Aslam Khan"

We have ordered a birthday cake, a couple of days back and we loved the flavour and the guests liked it as-well. We are regular customers of Airways - Deli kc, but this cake is exceptional. (Heard that’s the magic of new pastry chef - Aslam Khan) Highly recommend the new Chef !!

Room was dimly lit; fan didn't work; AC didnt work and kept stopping; dank and not fresh; water leaking from the shower to the bathroom stall got our feet wet... this was in the supposedly superior Dakota wing

Our stay was perfect. The hotel is clean from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant. Loved the little pool for children. The big pool for adults is also well taken care of. The restaurant was clean and service was always excellent, the staff is very attentive. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom big and cleans. Loved this place. I stay at a lot of hotels and this matched everything they advertised.

Though a Papua New Guinean, I now live in the USA for eight straight years. In July, 2024, there was a ATS conference that was staged at Pacific Adventist University and was part of the team that went to present. We came over Airways for the a luncheon and was super proud of the service, the food and the entire place. I can confess, I fall in love with Airways. Safe, affordable, scenic, reasonable and of a class of its on. Congratulations!
