When i booked room on Expedia it said breakfast included but when I got there front desk told me breakfast was not included. I would rather pay little extra

Thankful for the last minute reservation as our precious hotel was terrible and in an incredibly unsafe location. This hotel isn’t fancy but it was clean and safe.

The manger was very curtsies.

Room smelled of pee. A colony of ants was everywhere. The check in process was awful. And the employee was smoking in a non smoking hotel and trying to hide it by keeping the office door locked

The staff were rude and treated me and my partner like criminals. They continually walked by our door and tried to look in our wondows. Upon entering the room there were huge holes in the bathroom door that were porrly patched. There was a large bloody spot in the bathroom near the toilet paper. The couch was so old and decrepit that it was covered with a sheet. Upon firther time in the room i discovered literal bloddy handprints under the bathroom counter. The bed was so cheap and poorly made I was barely able to get any sleep. And finally the fridge in the room was full of rust, all of the shelves were rusty with no attempts at ever being cleaned, they needed to be replaced.

We chose this property because of the closeness to family and the price was fair. I called Sunday afternoon to let them know we would be arriving later than planned. The office manager upgraded us to a king size bed. Nice! Checking in went smoothly. The room was adequate. King size bed was comfy. We had to have the front desk person come to the room to get the tv working properly. The tile floor in the bathroom had moldy grout. The tub was OK. There was no stopper in the sink. OK. Here’s the problem. We stayed two nights. No maid service. Bed not made. They said the housekeeper didn't show up. We had to exchange our used towels for fresh ones. Also, no Continental breakfast was offered, even though it is listed as an amenity (both mornings). Questionable neighborhood. Lots of big rigs running all night.

I enjoyed my stay ,but it takes to long in my opinion for my 50 dollar deposit to be returned.

Great customer focused service from manager. Goes above and beyond to meet customer s needs!

WORST hotel ever. They would not take my Chime card and would only take cash. I paid the $400 for a week. The next day I was told to be out by 3:00pm NO reason. Then I was told 1 pm. At 12 I was told get out now or we’ll throw your stuff out in street. Again no reason. They said I could NIT have any money back because a person came to take my cat as they’re not allowed. I was charged $100 for the guy who came and $100 for a cat in the room. The room itself was disgusting.?The owner was horrible!! Don’t stay here. They’re associated with Red Lion

The heating and air conditioning unit is extremely filthy, and I have been trying to heat the room for over an hour now, and I still can’t take my jacket off. The carpeting is extremely tacky and they did a patch up job that looks very unprofessional. The place absolutely reeks, like it is a kennel. There is cracked tile in the entryway to the bathroom, and I cut my foot on it. They don’t even provide you with a comforter on the bed, it’s only sheets, which doesn’t keep me warm. The refrigerator isn’t even cold either. I would never in my life suggest this hotel to anyone, because the only thing that is pleasant is the front desk staff.
