Its a good place to visit either kids. They are very professional and polite. All the things I asked, the administration solved fast.

I loved that there was a lot to do and the outdoor pool and hot tub is open all year.

It doesn’t seem like the pool/hot tub is cleaned/skimmed regularly so they have a lot of dead bugs and pine needles floating around.

"Execellent location and a nice hotel with great staff but not a resort!"

Room was OK but not to "resort" standards. Room temperature was difficult to regulate. Beds and linens were comfortable. The shower and bath accessories were not anywhere near "resort" standards

The hotel is oversold as the "premier resort" of the area and it really isn't a resort, just a nice hotel

The hotel is nice and it is clean. The staff is friendly and the location is great if you want to be close to the outlets at Settler's Green.

"First and last time going here"

Horrible experience for me and my wife. Problems with the room right away that had us waiting around in the room for maintenance to show up for an hour and a half. No one at the front desk will answer the phone when calling from the room so you have to walk down stairs anytime you need something from them. Kids running around in the hallway yelling and screaming for hours and banging on doors then running away. Staff did nothing about the kids except tell us " we are aware" and that was told to us both nights because this was happening both nights we stayed there. The staff did nothing even after pointing out the kids to them in the front lobby. Would not recommend for a couples getaway. Would not have had such a bad experience if the staff would have been more helpful with the kids or quicker to fix the room issues right after check in. The other thing we did not like is the size of the room was not as advertised online we got what had to be the smallest room they have and the sleeper sofa could not open due to the room size and was not set up to be used for watching TV.
