USWe have stayed at the Travelodge by Wyndham Bishop before. The Travelodge transitioning was going on two+ years ago and is still a work progress. Our room was one of the units with recent upgrades. The refrig was noticeably new and was chilling the items we had. All fixtures worked without issues.
1. We were on the first floor and this issue wasn't a concern for us. However, it appears that the staircase near the west lobby entrance was still "red tagged" with safety ribbons blocking use as a safety issue and hadn't been address. Nor was there indications of construction to remove and rebuild. This issue was noted over 2 years ago as well. 2, Wynham site maintenance should review the parking situation from the pool to the lobby entrance. The configuration is not working for the number of rooms per guest ratio. The parking area was also in need of resurfacing as well. 3. The area on the back side of the facility was very junketed with fire hazard near the main structure. Bishop's Code Enforcement is not the speedy one to address these matters with commercial properties. This issue is one to get ahead of.
