"Trash hotel."

Roaches and bed bugs in the room, amenities offered are closed and they only take cash for the snacks that are double the cost.

"Nice hotel"

Hotel and service was very good. Was there for LSU game. The only complaint I have is that the television in the dining area didn’t work. It would have been nice to watch ESPN while having breakfast. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

"Exceptional hotel experience"

I highly recommend this hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, and the friendliest staff I've ever had. Thank you Quality for the exceptional service. If I could award you guys 10 stars I would! When in Baton Rouge I personally guarantee this place is a must stay!

Our stay at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room was unclean, with roaches crawling on the floor, and the bathroom had stains and cracked tiles. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable, making it a struggle to get any rest. Thankfully, it was only for one night as we were in town for a softball event, but we won't be returning. I strongly recommend looking for accommodations elsewhere.

Floor felt like a movie theater, dirty and sticky,bathroom had brown stains on the door-jam, a lamp didn’t work, extra door lock was loose and corroded, lots of corroded fixtures extra. Didn’t want to stay the night, much less sleep in the beds but it was late and had no choice. Picked the hotel because the Quality Inn’s from our town are fairly clean and are a nice budget options. This was not up to standard at all. Skipped the free breakfast because was concerned about cleanliness.

"Reasonably Priced Accommodation"

Chose this as being a Choice member the reviews read good. The rooms were clean and tidy. Had a slight musty smell but this has been the trend with a lot of Choice locations. Not sure if dirty air conditioners, carpets, humidity or failure to air rooms. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Reasonably priced and would recommend for the budget minded traveler. Basic breakfast provided.
