The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The curtains on windows were tarried. Slim breakfast. No sign to find motel from I12 or O’Neal

We get there and it is is very out dated. The the alarm clock was broken and could be set at all. They brought me 2 other ones that were also broken. When they brought it to me you could tell you could see the buttons were broken inside at least the last one we could at least set the time so we could know what time it was. Hair dryer didn't work. They could have had more lights or better Lighting in there. Only that light in the entrance was set to a light switch. All the other lights in the room you had to go and actually turn them on physically. In the bed was on a frame that moved around so anytime you sat down the bed moved you laid down the bed moved. There is no vent or at least if there was it was not working in the shower area. The pictures make it look like it's nice but it's very outdated and almost on the verge of being more ghetto the nice. The staff is friendly but it seems to be lacking common sense

The gentleman that checked us in was FANTASTIC!! A true keeper!! Young morning lady was wonderful also. So very helpful at every turn.
