I stayed two nights in this hotel because of a fan meeting and the overall experience was really pleasant. I loved the room (spaceous and comfortable), the amenities, the bar, the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff especially in reception. The airconditioning probably needs upgrading though, it's my only criticism.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Wirklich sehr bequeme Betten. Wir haben selten so gut in einem Hotelbett geschlafen. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war ausgezeichnet. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck.

The staff were friendly and professional. Bus transportation into Venice island was good

No water in room. Restaurant exists but was not open- bar was open.
