L'accueil et la sympathie du personnel. La proximité du tram

La chambre n'avait pas été préparée totalement. Le lit pour les enfants n'étaient pas faits. Nous n'avions pas non plus les draps de bain pour tout le monde. Environnement moyen mais pas du fait de l'hôtel.

"Une nuit en dépannage"

La sensation de déranger et d’en vouloir trop en demandant des serviettes complémentaires (2 seulement pour 5 déposées dans nos chambres communicantes), une taie d’oreiller et une couverture pour le lit d’appoint (lit bébé installé alors qu’on avait précisé l’âge des enfants 5-7-10). Propreté des salles de bain (murs) douteuse. Petit déjeuner quasi vide à 9h30 : plus de pain, plus de beurre, plateau de croûtes de fromage. Tables sales.
