"Not enjoyable"

The location was nice and it had a good view

The water cut out in the middle of the shower. Never had that happen in a hotel before. The wrist bands barely worked. Everything was expensive for no reason.. The food was not good. We left something at the hotel and called while we got to the airport a few hours after leaving.. they claimed they didnt have it but to call back. Once I called back a couple more times they then blocked my number. So I cannot get through anymore. The girl laughed at me when I told her the item I left was important. Just an overall terrible experience and would never recommend to anyone and wouldnt I go back.
