Easy to book online

Arrived at 3pm, room wasn't ready. Told 20 minutes. Left came back 50 minutes later still not ready. Suppose to been ground level, ended up given us on on 2nd floor. Dirty toothbrush under side of bed by windows. Otherwise, it seemed clean. Maintenance needed. Bathroom sink very slow drain. No plug for bathtub.

The room next door to my room had men that spent 3 hours yelling at each other starting at midnight. I called several times to the front desk. I was also told that they were staying at this hotel for 2-3 years. If that was the case they should be placed far away from other guests.
