"Excellent"

The staff was friendly and the room was great. Good pressure in the shower. The A/C was quiet and cool. Easy access and near all the places I needed to go. The surrounding area was a little rundown and the parking lot had potholes.

"There was bed to sleep in"

Nothing except it was a bed to sleep in while traveling.

The breakfast was non-existent. Supposed to be hot breakfast. Was told when we arrived that only coffee was available. Asked for another pillow and were told, since we asked after 6 p.m., there was no one to open up the supply cabinet to get one. The entire facility needed an upgrade. They're trying, but it's going to take a lot more to make it pleasant to stay there.

Didn’t have room we made reservations for but did get an upgrade with no charge. The girl at the front desk was exceptional and made the checkin experience a breeze. The room was average but the BEDS were AWFUL. After traveling 700 miles and ready for a good nights sleep it was not happening.

Property was a little run down on the exterior but the rooms were very clean, even staying in a pet friendly room. I did not realize there were no hair dryers. This should be considered as I have never stayed at a motel that did not have one. Everything else was good.
