Motel 6-Fort Worth, TX - Burleson

The room was not cleaned well. They might have changed the sheets or not you couldn't really tell. There was definitely stains on them, my husband slept on top of a towel we brought from home. There was a thick layer of dust on all the fixtures and brown stuff behind the door like if housekeeping just mops with the door open instead of going all the way into the bathroom and shutting the door to get behind it. The shower walls were and tube were also dirty I had to clean it myself before I would shower in there.When we first got there the gentleman behind the counter had us wait for around 5-7 min without even acknowleding we were there not a hello or hi absolutely nothing just let us sit until He was done doing whatever was more important than saying hello to us. I would never stay here again I was here because it was close to my job and I was leaving a bad situation for the night but wouldn't waste a dime here again. The vibe we got was this is a hotel for truck drivers or people needing a place to live with no credit check or something not for people just passing through at all

The location was right off the freeway, which made it very easy to find and very easy to get on our way the

Staff was extremely rude. We checked in about 4 o’clock in the afternoon we left to go visit family in the hospital returned about 7 o’clock. We went to bed at 10 could not get to sleep until after 2 AM due to a loud party. I called down to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. The person that answered the phone from the front desk was extremely rude and said there was numerous calls for the same request to move to another room and there was nothing he could do. I explain to him that we needed sleep to be able to travel safely the next morning Again asked for another room or a refund and was denied both a very rudely said again other guests were complaining about the noise there was nothing he could do about it. He flat out, refused to call the police to have the problem resolved and refused to give us our money back. I will never stay at this motel sex again and will never suggest it to anybody else.

The room smell like mole and mildew from the air conditioner vent no matter how much you spray the tables and nightstands for very sticky and dirty the remote control was nasty as well

Very old and outdated, front staff was not friendly at all.

The stay was good but when the night came i could not sleep after i felt something bitting me. Horrible bed bugs!!!

The elevator didn't work, so I had to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor. When I got in the room, it was Moist, and the tv had lines going through it like the tv was going out.
