Spoken to rudely upon check in. As a couple we only ever had one towel between us. After asking for a second it was duely taken before our return that evening. Shower gel remained empty even after mentioning it was empty! No milk or anything other than fruit tea. Generally a poor attitude towards guests and a think yourself lucky to be here attitude! Disappointed and disgusted.
