Staff were excellent got a free upgrade when i asked for a lower floor due to hogh phobia . The way she said soory we do have a lower floor , are you ok with a upgrade to excellent for free . I was please and thank you i do blieve her name was keran

Building is dated and smells, walked in our room and it smelt like someone just finished a number 2. Hallways smelt like mould and dampness, air conditioning in our room sounded like a plane taking off. Pool was good and staff was very friendly but will not stay there again.
