Hotellet er ganske slitt, dårlig renhold i oppholdsrom og trapper/ganger. Vi kom til rent rom, men ekstra-køyen var det brukt sengetøy på. Vi var i resepsjonen og sa ifra 3 ganger, ble byttet 22.30, litt sent å legge en treåring, da… Frokosten var helt grei, men dyr. Middagsbuffet var også helt grei. Mulig vi vurderer å bo et annet sted neste gang vi skal i dyreparken.

Frokost inkludert på et så dyrt overnattingssted, burde vært en selvfølge. Det var ingen forskjell på hverken rom eller senger , en på andre hotell.
