Disney's Pop Century Resort

Check in staff could be a bit more friendly when trying to handle request for a room closer to the sky rail.

We enjoyed our stay. Bussing to Magic Kingdom an Animal Kingdom was easy. The Skyline to Epcot and Disney Hollywood Studios was even better. We found Building 3 in the 50’s was quiet and convenient to everything.

Convenient transportation options, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, would definitely stay again

The staff were all polite and helped us when needed, and they even helped out with the app. The only problem is the app itself, there were many times that my key didn't work and then I had to walk all the way back to the lobby to get a physical key.

Paper thin walls. Do not disturb sign was missing. If you are not from the US you have to do an extra line to enter the park, we were not notified neither by the hotel nor Disney app.

Excelente hotel, area and staff! Best investment during our vacations.

Walls are so thin that you can hear the toilets flush next door. We were on the third floor and you could constantly hear footstep above. Fridge temp was always too warm to keep food and water cold enough. I’m not a fan of hotels not doing daily housekeeping but I will say they came when asked. People were friendly and grounds were kept clean. Definitely a motel vibe but not motel prices. I like the cafe for convenience but a restaurant would have been nice as well. My flight was delayed and I asked for one hour late checkout and was denied. After staying there and spending so much money for 8 days, I couldn’t believe I couldn’t be given one hour!! My stay was ok but I don’t think I’d stay there again.
