No es concebible que tenga 4*. Todo es excepcionalmente rancio, sólo se salva el tamaño de las habitaciones que si es generoso y que están limpias.
Suciedad detras de las mesillas , aspecto pasado de moda( colchas, muebles, baño). El personal de limpieza entra en la habitación sin llamar y pasando del cartel que se ponga o no se ponga en la puerta. El aspecto exterior al hotel...pésimo.Todo en construcción.
We have stayed there before, complained about the mini bar not working and it still doesn't work!

The room was filthy especially the carpet. We told the manager and he said yes I know the carpet is filthy we are waiting for a refurbishment. No way is this a 4 star hotel. The web site is very misleading. Should be taken off your booking list. We left after an hour and booked another hotel on the internet.
A most enjoyable stay. Hotel very close to the City Centre ( 5 minute walk) Staff pleasant and helpful. Will hopefully revisit.
