I was robbed of my deposit for smoking even though I didn't smoke, I reported to booking and to the hotel noone has done anything nor even taken the time to respond back, been a customer for way too long to be treated this way, room didn't have curtains didn't work place smelled of meth, was terrible strongly think I should be reimbursted

The room was large and the A/C was very comfortable. Being an extended stay unit you get towels, a bar of soap, mouthwash and water cups. Everything else you need to bring with you, tissues, hair products, blow dryer and other toiletries.  I brought my own pillow and should have included a light blanket. The area is industrial and corporate businesses. A restaurant is behind the hotel, within walking distance, which is very convenient. No real cafe or condiments only vending machines. The kitchenette is nice and the refrigerator was cold.  The shower was plenty warm and felt nice.  Depending on your level of cleanliness be prepared to surface clean if that is your thing. I was fine with the room. The hotel is newly remodeled and there are still some little projects going on, but no carpet is a real plus for people with allergies!!

When arrived to check in for my stay the check in guy suggested we check out the room because he said somwtimes their rooms arent for everybody. Well the first room he showed us only had 2 double beds. I had a party of 6. So this clearly didnt work for us. So he showed us another room. That room did have the double beds and a pull out sofa. There was no extra linens, one of the beds didnt have a blanket on it and even though it was on the 3rd floor there was nothing to cover the window with (blinds, curtain, etc.) So we declined the room as well and they proceeded to keep my money anyway. If id had known that would be the case id had just kept the room and asked for the necessary accommodations.

We paid for two nights because we had no idea the place was like this. We left a day early because of everything being nasty and broken. The cleaner was just dumped everywhere to the point my daughter threw up from the overwhelming smell. My asthma acted up because of this. They refused to refund the extra day

They should be close this hotel 💩

The receptionist at the front was unique. 😁

Nice location but everything is in disrepair. Doors, tv, shower. Wi-Fi works but slow.
