When we went the pool was down for maintenance and it had snowed and sidewalks were slippery with nothing put down on them

Was delayed due to weather. Needed a very late check-in. The staff was great. Greeted me at 230 in the morning with a smile.

Later breakfast hours would be great. The sheets and towels were a little scratchy.

this property is need of an upgrade stayed for 1 night and was displeased at how awful the condition of the room was. The shower water was either cold or scalding hot ( no in between) there were hardly any plugs near the bed for device charging, we were given very few towels in the room; 2 bath towels that was it! When I asked about an ice machine and the response i got was, "we only have 1 and its half of a machine" not what I expected at a Marriott Property.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The facility was clean and in a great location with proximity to most things in Erie. Breakfast was typical but clean and well done.

Quiet hours were not enforced and it was very noisy when trying to sleep. Lots of running around on the floor above
