Pool and breakfast were both good.

Good for a quick stay

Friendly staff, great location right off the highway

My only complaint was our sink was clogged and in order for it to drain we had to pick it up. I did tell the front desk but they seemed aware of it already.

We booked this hotel because it advertised that it had a pool, well, at check in, we were informed that the pool was not in service because they were redoing the tiles in the pool area, the pool area was being work on. Very disappointed because that was the reason for booking this hotel!

I checked in and immediately went to the front desk because my room was wet and smelled like a musty basement. The lady at the front desk said they couldn’t place me in another room as they were full for the night. I tried to talk to the manager the next day about some sort of refund because the room really was disgusting. They told me to talk to Expedia since I purchased the room through a third party. Expedia contacted them for a refund and they denied it. Overall I’m just annoyed they couldn’t get me a suitable room and then denied a refund.

We enjoyed our stay.

We started for two nights to visit Southwick zoo and chose this hotel specifically for the pool but it was closed dieing or visit. My 6 year old was very upset

Room smails like someone did pea on the carpet. Bathroom door lock was broken. Front desk was acting like resist and no smile or greetings.
