Gorgeous hotel for the price. Great staff. Location was perfect.

What I didn't like were the extra fees , parking was high

Parking fees

Poor customer service. Even though the company that hired me took all the steps to book me ahead of time and have everything arranged appropriately, as soon as I got to the hotel from a late international flight, the hotel front desk representative informed me that the hotel had overbook and that I needed to go to another hotel. To be fair, they did arrange transportation to the other hotel, but I ended up sleeping only 3 hours before I had to get up and deliver a full day of training. I know Hyatt can do better and will love for them to elevate the custoemr service experience for other executives.

Overall it was great! It was clean, price was great, and location was perfect.

The air system automatically turned on several times throughout the night, along with another very loud sound coming from the bathroom, which made it difficult for me to get a full night’s rest.

They don't tell you about a $25 parking fee in advance. I was told by person who checked me in he was not going to charge me for parking until the next day as it may be waived. He charged me when I checked in.
