Our check-in process was thr highlight of our stay!

Everything else was terrible. Lack of breakfast food at 30 minutes after opening. Cold food. I looked for someone for 10 minutes and basically had free reign to all the offices in the hotel as there was no staff to be found. Apparently they don't start until 8;30 AM! When we were checking out, the person working was in the lounge area on her phone and told us just leave the key cards on the counter!

The first room we were given, smelled as mildew as soon as the door was opened. And not just a mild mildew smell, it was so bad it was hard to breathe. They did give us another room. The second room was right under the first. In the bathroom of the second room you could see there had been a leak in the room above us. There were water stains on the ceiling and worse there was mold growing on the walls of the second room.

Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. Quiet. Efficient checkin, printed receipt at door in morning.

Breakfast adequate but not great. Limited choices, scrambled eggs unappetizing and cold, no sausage or bacon, both traditional breakfast items. No fresh fruit. Suggest breakfast be improved consistent with the room rate (high!). Would opt for better breakfast rather than the pool. And BTW, smell of pool chlorine in elevators not pleasant.

Food tasted fine.

We were disappointed in the breakfast compared to what we've experienced before. Not many choices & food trays were empty for a while. Food tasted fine though.
