"Worn out and in serious need of improvement"

Location was perfect and the staff were very nice, professional, helpful and accommodating. The building is a beautiful old monastery.

The hotel is outdated and the rooms need some serious renovation. What you see in the pictures is not what you get. There are cracks on the walls, tiles in bathroom falling apart and bathtub painting was peeling off. The carpet in the room was very old and worn out. The shower screen was stained and didn’t stop the water from flooding the bathroom floor. In general, the rooms seemed very neglected and with urgent need of improvement. Price is absolutely not justified.

El convento maravilloso el personal magnífico

Las bañeras están viejas y el mantenimiento mal en temas de mantenimiento ese hotel no se merece esa dejadez lo siento pero soy hacin de claro

Está obsoleto, necesita un magnífico lavado de cara porque la base es muy buena, y no tiene restauración. Una pena con la magnífica piscina.

Me pareció un mini parador, bueno sin mini porque era grande la verdad, por el encanto, la amabilidad en el trato, el detalle y un poco la decadencia pero muy bonito y acogedor todo, repetiría sin dudar
