"hotel is not being maintained"

Hotel is just ok. Door keys continually fail which means going down to desk repeatedly. Door frame has obviously been jimmied. Clerk makes lame excuse about owners planning to redo the whole place. I heard that 3 years ago! Obviously they're too cheap to replace a door lock. IHG should revoke their franchise. Pity because the place could be noce.
