"Nice stay - clean, quiet facilities for a decent price."

The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean. The rooms were quiet.

The equipment in the fitness center wasn’t working (treadmill).

"No hot water ever!"

No hot water! Always a problem here and the desk will lie about it being fixed soon. A big tipoff here, overpriced, dirty and small rooms. Never stay in this dump!

Price

Pant pealing off the bathroom walls. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, the sheets felt like plastic, you could hear everything through the walls. The breakfast had o only one option for diabetics (hard boiled egg…)

Everything about the hotel was just fine. The only problem was I had used the Booking.com website to book the first night literally last minute. When I got to the front desk they didn't have my reservation. While this was a pain I don't believe it was the hotel's fault and they worked greatly with me and Booking customer service to get me in a room. The next night the front desk gave me some ibuprofen to help me deal with my sore knees after a lot of hiking.

The trouble with Booking causing extended time to get in my room. Again I don't think it was the hotel at fault.
