Was not supposed to be charged but when I got to the hotel room I had to pay nearly $100. I used my rewards on hotels.com but the hotel charged me.

Staff was friendly but really acted like they didn't know what they were doing. (NOT trained well). That's not on them it's on management. Rooms were clean but needed updating.

No where posted on website or lobby that they charged extra for paying cash! They overcharged me and have yet to see my refund and have called several times regarding the matter. I DO NOT use my debit card when on vacation. Will not stay at this hotel ever again and will not recommend it to anyone.

The people were nice. Rooms were satisfactory. Only stayed 2 nights but it was enjoyable.

Wish they would have had more breakfast as the few local fast food places were not good.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Waffle machine, toaster, some pastries, yogurt, cereal - usual stuff.

The air conditioning was not good. It cooled, but everything we had ended up damp from the humidity. Towels didn't dry. Room smelled musty. Mold was on the ceiling - room 212.

"Overall the stall was great the room was nice and clean the biggest issue was no TV service"

Location was great... breakfast was ok

Wifi/cable service... TV did not work and I needed to see the news.... tail of the dragon needs weather forecast for experience... I was on motorcycle

"Road tripping"

This place looks clean on the surface but it’s actually quite dirty. Our room had a hair in the bath tub that did not belong to either of us. We also found a half eaten crisp on the floor next to the chair. While hard wood floors are good they need to be kept clean. After a shower our feet were just as dirty after walking on the floor . It’s very dated and the pillows need replacing. The lady checking us in was informative but not friendly. Looks good on the outside and that’s it
