"Spent too much to be so unsatisfied!"

I liked that I was able to check in right away, and the jacuzzi in the suite was fabulous!

We needed clean towels and asked the front desk but waited hours for the clean towels, there wasn't any pool towels either. The front desk was rude to me when I asked so I guess I should have know they weren't gonna give them to me very quickly! The furniture in the room was falling apart and there was one blanket on the bed and it's winter! I'm really disappointed since I spent so much on the room!

Close to major attractions. Quiet location, comfortable room.

Hotel needs a good cleaning and face-lift. Carpet was stained in the room, bathroom vent needs cleaning and smoke detector may need replacement, it was yellow and very old looking. Breakfast selection was minimal.
