Great location and awesome river trail. Staff was outstanding!

Too many perks were actually tied to being a Hilton member, and the WiFi was not great for me personally. Even when connected wasn’t able to send or receive texts.

Cute place in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were big enough. We got a room with a kitchenette and appreciated the extra space. The beds were comfortable and clean. We liked the views of the river and the walking path next to the hotel was great.

It wasn’t super close to anything. It would’ve been nice to walk to a coffee shop instead of hotel coffee. If you want anything outside of what the hotel offers you need to drive.

Parking is expensive

Staff. When I checked out, I was charged $35 more for the first night vs all other nights. When I asked why, I was told because week ends are higher. When I pointed out that I checked in on a Thursday; I was told that it must have been room service. But I didn’t order room service! Then I was told they were busy cleaning the desk, when done they might be able to turn on the computer and check… I will never again be your guest & recommend friends don’t either. I’ll also return to Hyatt & Marriott.
