Rude customer service and the room they provided was infested with roaches and they refused to refund me and they wouldn’t move me to another room so I paid for this hotel and had to sleep in my car

The hotel is in a good location very close to a lot of different places to eat and shop in West Monroe.

Parking in front of the hotel is sparse, especially if you have a large vehicle or a trailer. The price was also a little steep for a motel six.

Located near what I wanted to see in West Monroe: Duck Commander. The room was nice and comfortable.

There is a thin wall between the back room and mine; this seems to be an extended stay motel for the area, not necessarily for travelers.
