I knew where it was.

The ceiling had blisters from water damage, The bath tub had cigarette burns and cracks. There wasn't enough lighting for parking area. The entrance road looked like a deserted war zone. People roaming around all hours of the night.

After booking my stay I received an email informing my early check-in request was approved. Upon arrival my request was denied. The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfying. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, the door to the room was broken and unable to open completely, there were multiple holes in the walls throughout the room, and the bed was covered in burn holes.

The entire room and quality of customer service I experienced.
