Was having an issue with some logistics when it came to my booking and Kamyssa was very informative and helpful. Really great service from her!!

This has been the nicest hospitality staff I have ever seen! Especially Elani at the front desk! She is so sweet and caring about the guest that stay in the hotel. They all are, even the maintenance guy!

Condenser in closet loud running noise. Could not listen to television . Call and asked for another room. Dogs barking down the halls. Man outside loud and disruptive.

I booked 1 room with 2 beds and sofa bed for 6 ppl. I got here to find out expedia put me in 2 rooms with a bed and sofa bed and this hotel doesnt do 6 ppl rooms. The check inn desk let me come to my room w 6 ppl. She told me i had 2 reservations. I showed her my itinerary that said 1 room. She said i would have to call and talk w expedia. I went to the room to find 1 bed n sofa. Went back down... she said this is why u had 2 reservations. She could have said this before. Ugh. Nothing on my expedia acct said 2 rooms. She was rude.

The cleaning crew were very accomodating with our cats. Good selection for breakfast each day. Customer friendly front desk staff.
