Staff was friendly.

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to book an additional night in the same room.

It’s a nice looking hotel with a cozy yard and pool (although I don’t know who’d use them as it’s not really a holiday spot). The personnel was good as well. But the rooms and interiors need updating. It doesn’t help if you have room with a nice view (over pool) but the room smells (damp) and has signs of wear and tear all over the place - and this is the most important factor for me. I was honestly surprised it has so high ratings and I am happy I didn’t have to stay for another day.

Overall

I was at this hotel last week for some work at Duke Hospital, I do a lot of traveling and have many experiences with service, cleanliness, etc, I can honestly say the staff at this hotel is fantastic, the front desk staff really goes out of their wat to be friendly, professional, and happy to see you. I was at the hotel for five nights and they always greeted me morning or evening with a smile, well trained -also management very visible around the hotel talking to guests, also the hotel was spotless, room was perfect. In closing I would like to give a shout out to , Sierra, Immaculate, Deryon, Lynette and for shore Lin. There an outstanding group.

All the staff was helpful and nice and seem like they enjoyed their job
