Very friendly staff, pretty spaces, and excellent location

No AC in my room

Location is one of the best things about this hotel. It is located within minutes of everything you need. Plenty of restaurants and bars right outside, literally.

No parking on site, but there’s a parking garage only a few meters away.

Staff gentile e disponibile, soprattutto quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza per il troppo caldo.

Aria condizionata rotta e non segnalato su booking. La stanza era caldissima e abbiamo usato un condizionatore portatile, col tubo poggiato esternamente (e quindi con la finestra aperta). Un peccato, perché la struttura era discreta

Lage, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit

We got the room with fireplace as requested. The interior is very impressive! We even had a small balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk at nights, and has a huge variety of cafes and restaurants around the corner. I can recommend BarkBoy for a delicious coffee.

This is an old building, so the soundproofing is not high - you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. But we were lucky as we did not have many neighbors coming to their rooms at night, so we had a good sleep. The carpet was a bit old and with some stains. There was someone's hair on the towel. The conditioner was not working, so it was very hot in the room (it was +30 at daytime outside). On the second day the staff brought the portable air-conditioner though we haven't asked for it. It was very loud so we could only use it for a short time to cool the room, and shut it off for the night.

El desayuno, el servicio y la ubicación

Me pusieron en una habitación en la planta baja junto a una terraza muy bonita pero a la 1 de la mañana me despertó una huésped hablando alto en una videollamada. Aunque fue la culpa de una cliente mal educada, el hotel tiene la responsabilidad de velar por el respeto al silencio. Deberían asegurarse de que nadie pueda hacer ruido en esa zona a partir de las 23 horas.

Oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Temizlik iyi.

Klima arızalıydı. Klima yerine hortumlu ve hortumundan sıcak üfleyen mobil klima konmuştu odaya. Banyoda tuvalet eski. Küvet konforsuz. Banyo camı şeffaf. Dışarıdan görülebiliyor. Ayrıca otel merkeze uzak değil ama merkezden geliş yolu yokuş. Geleceklere duyurulur.
