Hotel Saint Clair - Magnificent Mile

I loved how the room looked and location of the hotel it’s close to every thing

The bed was hard I couldn’t really get comfortable

The location

It’s a kind of old and the window was broken so we couldn’t shut it completely and it was quite noisy during the night.

Clean rooms, close to the main tourism spots, staff are accommodating

Rooms are a little small, bathroom is a little small but does the job

Location. Close to navy pier

Staff was rude (Alicia). Supervisor (Don) didn’t hold staff accountable. One elevator with a capacity of 5 people. 16 floors. You do the math. My stay was terrible.

SU ubicacion es perfecta, muy cerca de todas las atracciones y principales puntos turisticos. LA limpieza del hotel es impecable, y el servico de wifi uno de los mejores que ya tuve en hoteles.

No ofrecen desayuno, no tampoco estacionamiento, pero hay opciones cerca que compensan esa falta. No hay de que preocuparse.
