Both front desk staff members were wonderful! I was greeted with a genuine smile and friendly conversation. I felt very welcomed. Upon check out with a different staff member, the feeling was the same. You are lucky to have these two individuals!

In general , the building needs an uplift. Especially the exterior. Having said that, my room was clean and comfortable, as was the commons area.

Breakfast was good - selection of different items plus clean area.

Internet service in room did not work - called front desk and they gave me a number to call but no one answered the number so I called back and they said there was nothing else they could do- offered me a room credit - have not received it on my credit card yet.
