Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati/Sharonville

The hotel is about what you would expect when staying at a Hilton Garden Inn-nothing spectacular and nothing bad. The main difference at this hotel though was the staff. They have the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every single staff member always greeted you and with a smile. Now, for the hotel. A few places to eat in the surrounding area but to find good restaurants you would need to travel a bit. The one thing I did not like was the noise from the traffic-you can hear the cars/trucks traveling down the interstate. Overall, definitely a place to consider when visiting the Cincinnati area.

We stayed for two nights. The room and the hotel were stunning, clean, and so comfortable. The staff was amazing! And so was the breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was there is no bar or room service that was advertised. That was the main reason we booked.

Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner could not keep up so room was a bit warm

The Staff at this Hotel receive an A Grade in the areas of Attentiveness, Courteousness, and overall Professionalism. Our first room had facilities problems and we were moved into a better room. A handy-man \woman was sent to our second-room to repair a broken-arm in our toilet-roll dispenser and to fix our sink which had a leak in the water basin. Thank You!!

Newer facility with close by dining. Close to Winton Woods park.

The shower drained super slowly. The beds were uncomfortable. No one in my party slept well.

The front desk was not very helpful, and my incidentals were kept longer than a week, and it took numerous calls to the hotel itself to get them to release it, because I got a Claritin and a package of Halls the price of the halls
