The sheets had stains on them. The room was not clean. Bathroom moldy. Strong smell of pot.

I enjoyed staying here. Clean and service was great.

Mold all over the bathroom. Floors dirty. Bedding questionable.

Not a thing

We didn't end up staying there because it was the most disgusting filthy facility I have ever checked into. The rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke, the bedspreads were old and stained and the towels were dirty. I even switched rooms upon check-in the the second room we were given was just as disgusting. We left and they wouldn't refund our money, they said I had to go through Booking.com. I sent an email to Booking.com asking for a refund since the place was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke but I have yet to hear back from Booking.com

Staff is very friendly

The bathroom floor and tub was dirty. Broken furniture in the room. Burn holes in the cover. Weed blunt in the bathroom in tissue holder. Breakfast was horrible nothing but muffins and toast.

The overall appearance of the facility and the staff friendliness was wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! Clean rooms and was perfect for a place to stay after a nighttime college football game. Only complaint is the bedding had some cigarette burns on it and the room had remnants of the smell of smoke. Otherwise it was just what we needed.

There were about 20-25 drunk guys bottles all over the ground blocking the stairways drinking blasting music

When we arrived there was urine in our toilet no shower curtain room smelled really bad and sheets where damp

The location is good, on Jackson Avenue. However, the service and overall quality is not worth any amount of money. The 'Seasonal' pool was filled with debris and was green on the first week of Sept, which in MS is still 80+ degrees outside. The 'breakfast' was non-existent. I didn't see anything put out any morning over 4 days of stay. Housekeeping would never replace the towels, we had to go to the front dest multiple times and ask for replacement towels. The pictures do not reflect the current state. Would recommend avoiding and staying at another option.
