"Disappointing"

The location and room size were good as well as cleanliness

The shower was absolutely the worst I have ever been in, no hot water or pressure in a huge shower so cold as can be. The breakfast was not great everything a mess and out may have been understaffed I am not sure

"Clean rooms"

It was good for just the one night I was there, my husband took advantage of the pool & he said it was refreshing after our drive in. Breakfast was good & so was the coffee. Definitely would stay again!

"Comfortable, and relaxing"

The front desk receptionist was very lovely. She changed the room for me because she seen that I was using a cane which had me on the main floor and the room was just so clean and comfortable.

"After the conflict, wonderful!"

Location

Our room had someone else in our room, we had to go back and figure out with front desk and it was 30 minutes, our new room was great and comfortable.

"Very comfortable stay."

It was very easy to find and had great access. Room was large and clean. Beds were firm room had nice area for coffee and refrigerator. Water pressure in the shower was strong.

Front staff wasn't behind the counter several times but came around when from the back when we rang the bell. Person who checked us in was relatively flat and unexpressive. Too much night light in the room.

The room was clean.

The location of our room. The door also had a 1 inch gap at the bottom, and you could see light all the way around it. We could hear everything going on outside our room. The room was right by the lobby and pool and elevator and breakfast area..... got no sleep.
