The surrounding area of the property was suspect but I had a quiet night rest even tho the property was close to the freeway. The front desk personnel was very helpful , friendly and courteous.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. It had not had a good cleaning in a long time. I was on a business trip, I’m in sales, when I get to a room I need internet service. The message said: “Wi-Fi has the self assigned IP address 169.254.208.86 and will not be able to connect to the internet.” I made many attempts. The front desk said they didn’t know why this would be. Theirs was working fine.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. Not nearly as nice but we needed a place to stay while on a road trip and this was available. Cleanliness was 6/10 and I woke up to 2 bug bites from our stay. Please share this feedback as other guests should be aware before staying here.

"BED BUGS!! "

They have bed bugs I am so pissed we woke up in the middle of the night and my wife found a bug in her hair. We pulled the sheets back and found many more this is disgusting. Now have to wash all of our clothes and bags before we can go home. Not only that had to find a new hotel with 3 kids.

It was unbelievably disgusting. There was a tweaker encampment in the parking lot right next to our car. It was ON the property and the hotel allowed this to happen. The bed was urine stained and had bugs. Red splatter stains on the wall and lamp shade. Completely unsafe, unsanitary and unacceptable
