Best Western Plus Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites

Cold breakfast, no housekeeping was done in our 3 nights stat, we had to get our own toilet paper and towels.

The bed was comfortable, good wifi, really thorough breakfast items. The property was located conveniently on the path we were taking the next day.

People were congregating in the parking lot, and there was a strong urine smell in the bathroom.

Beautiful trees and grass for the dogs.

Upon our arrival after a 14 hour car ride on a Saturday, there was not a luggage trolley to be found. Front desk claimed they were in the guests rooms. We had several bags as we were staying for 4 nights. It took them several minutes to drag out a broken luggage trolley. Our room was right in front of the elevator and the ice machine. My guess is it was because we were a booking.com guest, that's why the room was in that location. No new towels, and no trash taken out unless we asked the from desk. Not the "best" Best Western Plus.

The sofa bed wasn’t even usable and they were booked out in double bedrooms . This sofa shouldn’t even be considered a sofa bed . It had the worst mattress I have ever felt and the head of it was bent down and couldn’t even be slept on . We paid good money for this room and then to top it off there were people being obnoxious 2 of the three nights we stayed and when trying to call the front desk about it the phone just rang and rang . Then on the 3rd night all you could hear all night was someone’s tv loud . Very noisy .
