"Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Management"

My two-night stay was very disappointing. The front desk staff was unprofessional and impatient at check-in, and the Wi-Fi info was missing from the key packet. When I checked in, I also found a used tissue between the blanket and sheet — very unhygienic. Our room was near the laundry room, and noise continued past midnight. The laundry room ceiling was leaking, and no staff were at the front desk when I tried to report it. The next day, a staff member mistakenly entered my room, saying their system showed it was vacant, and later my key cards stopped working. Breakfast was poorly managed — food ran out early, and one overworked employee handled everything. Overall, poor management and cleanliness made this a frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Poor sound insulation and rude guests in floor above us caused pounding and stomping sounds and high pitched yelling and talking until 1 am. Husband went down to manager who must have spoken to room because noise settled down soon after.
