Could not see sign from the highway. No pool, No hot tub. I could not get into my room because the key card was not working

Nice staff

Very comfortable beds with luxurious pillows and bedding. Quiet and restful. We stayed two nights, a Friday and Saturday and remarkably very quiet.

A little scary. The lock on our door didn’t work. Could just push the door open. We didn’t go to the manager as it was 11:30pm. We could only use the bar across the top. Even bolt lock didn’t work. Seems the using hotels.com the places are giving out rooms that aren’t in the best locations. Happened once in another state previously.

There is a lot of highway noise outside, but we couldn't hear it in our room. It was also back a ways from the nearest major road. However this put it fairly close to restaurants and some shopping.

I advertised breakfast, but it was only a basket of fruit and granola bars and no place to sit down. Also, no coffee available.

Nice kitchenette area. Front clerk was accommodating. No issues.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. Nearby restaurants offer small discount if show room key. Overall, nice quick stay

3 things come to mind. Pet friendly here doesn’t mean pets are free. Price not disclosed and fee not visible until reservations made. $50 per pet. Our dogs are 12 and 9 pounds and sleep in pet beds. The reason for the hefty fee is that curtains would need to be taken down and washed. I told the nice guest check in person that I would not have booked and chosen elsewhere for that rate, but at 8:30 pm and 10+ hours driving, not an option. Next, no coffee pot . Machine in room with one pack of coffee but no filter or pot. We were told to park at end of building away from front and go in an end door, completely opposite of door with elevator and opposite end from our room. Television didn’t work until guest agent came to click on tv and unit in room and get it started. Too many little irritating details to ever have me stay here again despite the other details that may have been positive. Kind staff and clean. Easy access to I35 for our travel. Our fee for $50 per dog was not on our guest receipt either.
