"Great location for a great small city."

The location was spectacular. It was walking distance to many popular spots like the Harbor Center or Keybank Arena. It had many sights and restaurants all walkable from the hotel. Location was safe and we felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. Staff were excellent and everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Very quiet at night. Pet and family friendly.

Having to pay an additional $20 to park on site. There were two small stains on the sheets which I didn't like.

"Close to Niagra Falls"

Our destination was Niagra Falls State Park and the hotel is only 20 to 30 mins away so for us the location was perfect. Our room was very large and quiet, the queen bed comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast in the am had lots of options. Parking is on site but there is a charge. I would stay here again.

"Best hotel in buffalo"

As always, this hotel was awesome, accommodating, great for a family and close to keybank center for the Sabres games! We love it. This is our 3rd time here at this exact hotel. We are Hilton honors members and get waters at check in and departure. That’s honestly great. Jorelisse helped us get early check in, a crib put in the room, and helped us at check out. She was super friendly and accommodating. They have a gem of an employee. We will be back!!
