"Great hotel disappointed in the third party booking situation because of me having to upgrade"

Very clean rooms were nice breakfast was great but very disappointing during check-in

When I checked in I did not receive the room that I reserved and I had to pay for an upgrade 😞

The location was perfect and the building felt secure.

Kids running everywhere ALL NIGHT LONG! Kids were running and screaming nonstop even when we complained to the front desk.
