I paid online.The staff asked for a card to put my deposit down of $100.There was a sign telling the customers that they could go look at the room prior to checking in.Therefore,I told the worker I would like to go view the room before I decide to stay.She gave me the key and I went to look at the room and I found the following: The property had a guest standing around the balcony late night 11pm outside of rooms.The room had a hole in the flooring.The mattress was really, nasty with brown and white particles underneath. Therefore, I went back to the office to let the worker know that I didn't want to stay.She told me I would have to go through the 3rd party booking.com to receive my refund. I have not heard anything back from the hotel regarding this matter. I did not stay therefore my money should be refunded.Now,I'm have a hard time receiving my money. Thanks

Old , run down, pool was drained, and the neighborhood got pretty bad.

As soon as I came into the room, it smell to weed,drugs or something else, stinky as Hell, there is a sign saying that it was a smoking free facilities and I don't think it was reinforced, as soon as I came into the room with my family we left right away, the place is unsafe and people do drugs on the out side, I went to check out and explained receptionist and she offered me a different room but I told her that wasn't staying in as it look too unsafe for me and my kids, also I asked her for a receipt and she said " sorry if you need a receipt you have to contact booking or you will receive one from them I can't give you anything, booking.com will send you a receipt , sorry about the inconvenience.
