Facilities, location and staff ladies at reception.

The male receptionist on the day of our departure was very loud and seems that he knew more than the client a bit of a show off. Felt very uncomfortable.

“The hotel was clean and modern, and it was conveniently located near local shops and restaurants, with easy access to the airport and other destinations.”

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience during my stay. The hot food items, including bacon, sausages, and baked beans, were consistently cold—even at 7:00am when breakfast service had just begun. This made the meal quite unappetising. Additionally, the coffee machine did not function properly, which was frustrating and further impacted the overall experience.

Breakfast was below standard. There was no refilling of the items when finished & there was no variety. Also there is not enough space you have to lay the breakfast properly.

Low variety, no refilling of items that are finished. E.g. you just had space for 6 boiled eggs and once these are gone they are barely refilled.
